♫ TRUE FUNK (UK)
True Funk Joolz Frayne is Gypsy, Balkan, World Beats and just plain Funk DJ’s from the South West of UK. This kings of mashups is also heavy hitting recording producer with many winning releases to lift the roof on the club. He is big favourite amongst DJ’s alike for his cream of the crop remixes and mashups.

He’s been on the road DJ’ing at countless events and festivals, hosting radio shows for stations like NSB Radio and successful beat makers and ghetto funk producers as well.

Live on stage:
♫ TRYPICAL CUMBIA (CL/CO/DK)
Trypical Cumbia interprets the Cumbia genre – which has its origins in the 1950s Colombia, but today is a widespread genre throughout all of Latin America.
Trypical Cumbia plays a mix of carefully selected songs and instrumental music from Colombia, Chile, Nicaragua, Peru and Brazil and their own compositions as well.

The heart of the septet is the strong swinging percussion-trio of Alex Sharm Opazo (Chile), Oscar Polo (Colombia) and Yannik “el Vikingo” Hartig (Denmark). Cristian Jara (guitar) and Michael Miño (bass), both from Chile, are the passionate and playful voices that evokes the backbone and soul of Cumbia – while the two winds in the front, on clarinet Tine Vitkov (Denmark) and on tenor/soprano sax Jose Lezaeta (Chile) in a duo of poetry, energy and madness express the temper and mood of Cumbia.

A trip from the deep of the Amazon up to the Andes mountains, down to the Caribbean coast and over the Atlantic ocean to the streets of Europe. Trypical Cumbia takes typical tunes from South-American folk music into an endless trip of joy and warm feelings.
