This weekend the Nordic gastronomy festival Stars du Nord is hosting its third edition in Copenhagen. For three days a secret green oasis in Christiania will be transformed into the world’s most progressive forest restaurant – MATERIA as Scandinavia’s most innovative Michelin chefs join forces to cook in the wild 🔥

From the open-sky dining area, the fire kitchen, and the Nordic bar to musical artists and performers – guests will emerge in a fine dining experience like no other. On each festival day, Michelin chefs will do a take-over and give their culinary interpretation of Christiania ❤️💛
